You will be working for an exciting and growing organisation based out of their Newton Abbot offices. With a national and international footprint, this organisation has a large turnover and a stable base.

Your new role
You will be working as the Accounts Payable Manager. Your role will involve looking after a team of 3 PL clerks who will each be looking after a separate part of the ledger. You will be expected to understand their duties, support when required and be happy to get in to ground level and process when needed. This is in addition to preparing standard reports, and assisting the FC and directors with ad hoc requests.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a long background in an AP role, preferably in a similarly sized and structured multi-national organisation. You will be able to demonstrate your capability in dealing with strict company frameworks, and also creative strategic thinking when required. Flexibility in timing is also required as some international parts of the business will need your input and communications at certain time. Finally, you will be expected to deal with queries from other junior team members and be a point of contact.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary from £25k upwards depending on experience. There is flexibility to move significantly up from this figure if somebody can demonstrate all of the right qualities and skills required. On top of this a generous benefits package and excellent career prospects will be yours.
