Accounting/Finance Manager

Your new role
Reporting in to the Financial Director you will be taking responsibility for improving the accounting department's overall policy and processes, preparing and sharing monthly processes for UK retail boutiques, balance sheet reconciliations, management accounts and statutory accounts. This role will also include managing two direct reports and assisting them with various financial processes.

What you'll need to succeed
To be applicable for this role you will need to be newly/fully ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified. This role requires a minimum 3 years work experience in a commercial environment and retail experience is preferred. Working with such a highly motivated workplace you will need to hit the ground running in regards to forming work relationships and possessing the interpersonal skills required for this role.
