Commercial Finance Manager

Our client, a true market leader and innovator in its chosen field, is looking to source a top calibre Commercial Finance Manager to join the team and play a large part in the success of its high performing, fast-paced business.

The focus of the role is to deliver financial planning, reporting and analysis for specific revenue streams, associating operating and capital costs for the organisation. You will provide insight and guidance on revenue and cost management, identifying and analysing key business opportunities and propose solutions.

Main duties include:

* Daily, weekly trading and trend analysis
* Weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting
* Supporting the annual budget and 5 year planning process
* Investor relations support
* Business partnering revenue related projects
* Delivering high quality regular reporting, analysis and insight into forecasts, budgets and business plans
* Supporting Commercial Finance Lead and developing future Commercial BI
* Integrating new business initiatives
* Ad hoc commercial projects

Key skills & experience required:

* Professional Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* Ability to identify issues and provide proposals for change
* Capable of interpreting large amounts of data and presenting in value-adding format
* Proven ability to digest and interpret accounting complexity.
* Communicate with both finance and non-finance contacts to achieve results
* Pro-active and enquiring mind-set
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of key business drivers
