Junior Management Accountant

We are looking for someone who we can see as a financial controller in several years’ time.

The Opportunity

You will be joining a fantastic team at the London HQ of a private equity backed software start-up. The turnover is currently 60 million and they plan on expanding extensively over the next few years. Your responsibilities will be producing management accounts alongside doing hoc work and helping out with some transactions. In the long run they are looking for someone to join the team permanently, so there is a strong likelihood of contract extensions and the chance to go perm.

The Role

• Producing monthly management accounts Producing some statutory accounts You will be a key point of contact with auditors You will be assisting with some transactional work e.g. payroll, invoicing, AR/AP, expenses Ad hoc work

The Requirements

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or finalist) Some exposure to month end Private equity experience is highly desirable You will be enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to progress your career Strong communication skills are important as you will be expected to liaise with various teams You must be either immediately available or on a 1 week notice period
