A marketing leading, household brand are looking at creating 3 new teams from scratch to work closely with the business in transforming their product offering, driving P&L value and shaping their ‘Go to Market’ Strategy.

All of these opportunities have been created to have significant impact from a Commercial Finance, Strategic and Transformational perspective and also offer exposure that is tough to come by in the market. A Finance qualification is not a prerequisite for these, but being able to demonstrate a track record of adding value in a challenging environment and an ability to influence a business is.

Some key responsibilities:

  • Taking end to end ownership of Sector Sales Planning including Gap analysis, monitoring Sales Performance via key metrics including performance v target, hygiene management,  return on investment, TAS adherence and pipeline accuracy
  • Reporting and analysis on KPI’s, revenues & new business metrics
  • Main point of contact/expert on all aspects of Pay Plan and leading on communications and launch of plan to sector
  • Assessing Pay Plan eligibility in line with Group governance and ensuring only relevant individuals on Pay Plan within sector.
  • Setting individual targets for financial and customer experience measures reflecting group compliance within sector.
  • Leading on the in-year transformation profit improvement activities – from idea creation to execution and tracking through to P&L benefit validation
  • Business partner General Manager - Transformation to support and challenge the formation and implementation of Transformation strategy
