A well known business in central London are looking for a Group FP&A manager to join their business and support their senior leadership team.
The role will support the Finance Director in leading the FP&A function and implement key changes to enhance capaility across the business.
Responsibility:
- Setting up new processes around the way they budget, forecast & plan across their P&L, balancesheet and CAPEX;
- Create and implement processes around reporting for relevant KPI's across the group to ensure decisions are made;
- Ensure long term Financial planning is in line with the Group Strategy plan;
- Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leaders across international entities;
- Strong decision support and being proactive with the exec directors of the business and being a confident business leader;
Stakeholders will be:
- Group CFO, head of finance, divisional FD's;
Requirements:
- Qualified ACA/CIMA or ACCA;
- Strong excel experience;
- Stakeholder engagement and business partnering;
- Working in a complex organisation;
