Our client, an impressive company well on its way to becoming FTSE listed, showing remarkable growth in a consumer driven market by using innovative and unique revenue streams are looking to source a bright and highly ambitious Senior Finance Analyst.

The ideal candidate would be ACA qualified with a strong academic background with 1-2 years of commercial experience within industry or equally a CIMA qualified individual with commercial experience in a consumer driven business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who wants to immediately add value and contribute to rapidly growing and successful company taking advantage of an emerging market trend.

Key Responsibilities:
-Undertake and interpret cost and margin analysis
-Lead, consolidate and present periodic forecasting (regular or monthly)
-Regular communication with non-finance stakeholder to interpret impact on results
-Co-ordinate and lead both the annual budget and 5-year plan
-Ownership of the budget and forecast models
-Review and analyse key overhead departments
-Interpret financial results and understand any key actions
-Continuously improve the service of the finance team through efficiencies and insightful reporting
-Ensure that 'change' is championed and continuous improvement/best practice as well as effective team working
-Partner with key Senior Leadership Team members and become their Finance SME
-Ad-hoc analysis and cover across the Retail Finance team

What we are looking for:
-Strong academic background with 2:1 degree or above
-ACA/CIMA (First time passes) 1-2 years PQE
-Commercial experience with a large company
-Very strong analytical and reporting skills and have a strategical mind set
-Presentation skills and confidence in building relationships to business partner across the company and with senior management
