Asset Analyst

Robertson Bell Finance are working with a complex Bedfordshire based property group to recruit a bright and enthusiastic Analyst.

Sitting within their Finance & Treasury team the main responsibilities of the Analyst include:
* Leading on strategic and commercial decisions to enhance profitability across an asset base of circa 20,000 properties.
* Critically appraising and manipulating large amounts of data.
* Lead on the forecasting of asset value to aid funding decisions.
* Embrace a business partnering approach to building working relationships at a senior management level.
* Provide ad hoc financial information to assist with business decisions.
* Work closely with Property Surveyors, Lawyers and Local Authorities to ensure all assets are charged and valued correctly.

This is a truly interesting role due to its rounded nature; it provides a high level of strategic autonomy. To succeed in this opportunity, you must be a strong influencer/ communicator with ideally a good legal understanding. Experience within property or real estate sectors is desirable but by no means essential. Due to the technicality of this role you must be highly system savvy in particular advanced in using excel and manipulating high volumes of data.
