Robertson Bell Finance are recruiting an Interim Director of Finance and Operations for an ambitious International Development Charity based in London. The role is due to last for a period of six months with the potential to be extended. The main responsibilities of the Interim Director of Finance and Operations will be:
*Provide strategic and operational support to the CEO.
*Manage the finance and support teams.
*Develop new policies and procedures for Finance, HR and IT.
*Lead on the annual budget and year end processes.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with extensive experience within a charity. Previous experience of managing IT and HR are also essential for the position. You will need to be comfortable being hands on working in a small but ambitious charity going through a significant period of change. Being immediately available or on a short notice period is highly desirable.
