Our Client, one of the largest names in financial services and a prestigious global investment management firm, is currently looking for a highly motivated, hard-working individual to join as an Operations Manager. Our Client offers expert, bespoke training as well as the opportunity for purposeful career progression within investment management.

The Role will include but may not be limited to:

  • Taking responsibility for ensuring successful delivery of the day to day operational aspects and needs of company funds and structures.
  • Planning, developing and implementing the operational strategy to meet organisational requirements and expectations within agreed budgets and timescales
  • Ensuring integrated operational platforms and processes are in place (and periodically reviewed) to support business areas and their operational activities.
  • Managing the end to end fund operating model and fund operations for the real estate funds.
  • Designing and implement effective operational models and processes to support the development of the segregated mandate business, and the development of the indirect business.
  • Oversee the delivery of the Business Change function and work in conjunction with the Head of Operations and other Board members in the formulation and delivery of strategic initiatives and business plan targets.
  • Ensure close working relationships and collaboration Group Operations including with Information Systems, Business Change, Information Risk and Security, Premises, ensuring all operational developments are appropriately coordinated and aligned within the wider Group.

The Person Must have a background in fund / investment management and real estate / property investments and associated structures, as well as possessing a successful track-record enhancing business operation. The applicant should have experience within an international business environment and be highly organised. Candidates must be able to demonstrate successful experience of implementing processes and change.
