A rapidly growing business is looking for a "hands on" professional (Qualified) Accountant who has the experience to deal with all aspects of financial control within an entrepreneurial environment. Managing a team of 4, you will have complete ownership for business finance strategy. The business is based just outside Liverpool city centre - nice modern offices - approx 60 in the core team on site. The current turnover is £8 million but will grow to £10 million + in the next couple of years. Company culture as vibrant, light hearted with everyone pulling in the same direction. The culture is also unique with open communication / transparent with customers via the online portal. The management team feel that they have the scope to shape the business and are all heavily involved in the business growth

The successful candidate will:
* Be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a challenging workload to strict deadlines
* Have strong communication skills and demonstrate the ability to communicate with non- finance personnel at all levels of the business
* Be able to work independently and flexibly
* Be able to work as part of a team, be proactive and self-confident
* Be IT literate
