Title: Assistant Management Accountant
Location: Manchester
Salary: £25000 - £30000 per annum + Study support
Client is a leading organisation seeking a high calibre assistant Management Accountant. The successful applicant will be a part qualified accountant with core Management Accounting experience, keen to develop business facing skills and commercial experience.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist with month end and management accounts preparation
* Support Senior Finance Business Partners by providing insightful, strategic and commercially focused decision support
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting and planning
* Improve business processes in relation to financial awareness across the business
* Drive economy, efficiency value for money through commercial insight and analysis
* Deputising for Finance Business Partners
* Ad-hoc finance projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Part Qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
* Excellent communication skills to be able to communicate effectively at senior level
* Strong relationship building skills
* Sound management accounting knowledge
