Credit Controller
Wolverhampton
Up to £21,000 + competitive bonus
Seymour John are recruiting exclusively for a Wolverhampton business, who are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to work as part of their busy team. You will be reporting directly to the Credit Manager and have the ability to work in an ever-changing, fast paced environment.
Duties to include:
- Responsible for your own ledger with approximately 400 live accounts
- Chasing debt via telephone and letter
- Cash allocation, issuing credit notes and statements
- Query resolution – ability to confidently liaise with internal and external parties
Our client are looking for a methodical candidate who has a tenacious approach, coupled with an ability to build rapport with customers to in turn successfully reduce debt. You will enjoy working to, and achieving targets in order to be successful in this role.
