Finance Analyst

Finance Analyst needed for a multi-site Technology Retailer in the Berkshire area.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Finance Analyst to join a multi-site Technology Retailer based in the Berkshire area.

To successfully deliver in this high-profile position, you will need to:

• Be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or have significant experience within their field.
• Have experience in Cash Analysis.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; able to work with a complex Excel based model.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Self-starter with initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in liaising with senior colleagues, both finance and non-finance.

A little more information about the role:

• Development, maintenance and production of robust, accurate and timely weekly cash analysis and reporting of short term cash forecast.
• Provision of clear and concise commentary to explain performance against forecast and budget.
• Take ownership of the monthly cash and working capital management reporting.
• Lead the cash flow budget process and forecasting.
• Partnering the commercial and merchandising teams, acting as the primary contact for anything related to cash management.
• Provide ad-hoc support to management in relation to cash and working capital.
• Providing high-level support to Finance colleagues inside the business.
