Accountant - £26,000 to £32,000 - Merthyr Tydfil

Your new company
A well-known exclusive Manufacturing client of Hays are looking to recruit a Site Accountant for their busy Finance function located near Merthyr Tydfil

Your new role
In your new role you will complete the following:


  • To assist w/ site accounting and overhead cost control for the site
  • To collect & report costing data to the commercial finance team
  • To assist both the Finance Business Partner and site management with projects and ad hoc duties as required
  • To act as point of contact between finance and site for information flow
  • To complete capital expenditure requests with justification for site
  • Management of one perpetual stock counting individual




    • What you'll need to succeed
    You will need prior experience within a Manufacturing environment in a similar position. Likewise, you will have strong communication skills and proficient Excel skills to match.
