Accounts Assistant

A temporary to permanent Accounts Assistant job based in Edinburgh city centre

Your new company
An organisation based in the heart of Edinburgh are looking for a temporary accounts assistant for a minimum of 3 months with the potential to go permanent. The office is located next to public transport links and also has parking close by.

Your new role
You will be responsible for maintaining and updating the supplier ledger, supplier statement reconciliations, preparing month end payment runs, being point of contact for any supplier queries and any other ad-hoc duties.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked in a busy finance department previously, have at least intermediate excel skills and attention to detail must be second to none. You will also be able to start in this role within a one week notice.

What you'll get in return
The opportunity to go permanent after the initial 3 months.
