A well-established firm of accountants are currently seeking an experienced accounts semi-senior to join their team, based in the York area. The firm has recently gone through a period of change and as such they are seeking an extra pair of hands to join their tight-knit team. The main focus of this role will be preparation of statutory accounts for a large portfolio of diverse clients. You will also assist in the preparation of management accounts and take responsibility for conducting corporate and personal tax computations on behalf of clients. Experience gained within a quality chartered or chartered certified accounting practice is essential to be considered for the position, alongside being either fully qualified (ACA, ACCA or AAT), working towards qualification or being qualified by experience.
This role presents the opportunity for an individual to join a small team of very professional accountants with a loyal client base. The hiring firm are based a short distance from York city centre, in a well-presented and modern office.
