Systems Accountant 6 Months Contract £42,000 West Midlands

A large Public sector organisation are looking to recruit for a Systems Accountant on a 6 month contract basis.

Your new role
The main job purpose is to automate the reporting and the management accounts. You will design appropriate management accounts templates across the business, consider the current chart of accounts and how the expense codes should be grouped and presented will be expected to review how effectively the Finance team are using the system and suggest improvements on how we can use it better. You will be a lead on Open Accounts system and key contact for the Finance team.
