A Corporate Finance Manager with a focus on M&A and transaction execution is sought by a market leading FTSE 100 plc who are one of the leaders in their commercial field.  They are transactionally active and this role is sought urgently due to the volume of activity expected over the coming months.
 
Reporting in to the Head of Execution and the Group Head of Corporate Finance your principal duty will be to manage a wide range of acquisition, disposal and joint-venture transaction execution processes. You will also contribute to long term strategic planning, capital structuring / planning and investor relations releases. Further, you will work with Business Unit leaders to ensure their investment pipelines and growth plans are in line with business objectives.      
 
The ideal candidate for the Corporate Finance Manager will be from a Corporate Finance / M&A background and will ideally have led significant (>£200m) deals in the oil & gas, extractive, manufacturing or other industrial sectors. Commercial experience is preferred but candidates who come from a banking or practice background will also be considered. Candidates will be expected to be familiar with all commercial, financial and legal elements of an M&A process and will be excellent analysts, modellers and communicators to boot. Significant progression is expected for the right candidate.
 
This is an urgent hire and candidates would also be considered on a 12m FTC basis.
 
Salary: £110000 - £130000 + 12k car + excellent bonuses, pension & LTIP.
