The Company
A leading care business based in South Birmingham with an established finance team based in a lovely office environment.
The Role
Reporting into the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the monthly payroll is completed correctly and in accordance with all legislation. This will include:
- Managing variable pay and salaried employees across numerous sites.
- Operating in a milt entity environment.
- Managing all statutory reporting such and legislation such as; RTI reporting, P45, P60, SSP, P11Ds and maternity/paternity pay.
- Reconciling control accounts.
The Candidate
Ideally you will have experience of calculating both salaried and variable payrolls across a multi-site business. You will be up to date with all recent legislation within payroll and will continually look to develop you payroll knowledge. You will love working with numbers and will be very accurate when doing so.
