Graduate Accounts Assistant

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working with an established business based in Tamworth to recruit for a Graduate Accounts Assistant role. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with ideally a minimum of a years' experience looking to take the next step in their career.

Graduate Accounts Assistant responsibilities:

- Preparation of production tracker
- Recording temporary/ contractor hours spent on projects/ramp up activity
- Preparation of cost dashboards for site
- Assisting with preparation of material report
- Assisting with preparation of month end cockpit reports
- Reporting temporary labour headcount/ minutes worked
- Providing accrual data for costs not invoiced
- Assisting with preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Preparation of monthly investment reporting and investment obligations reporting
- Running allocations in SAP
- Preparation of intercompany invoicing (cost plus invoicing)
- Other ad hoc tasks

The successful Graduate Accounts Assistant will have:

- A degree or equivalent in Accountancy and Finance
- Ideally a minimum of 1 years experience or have completed a placement year
- Excellent computer skills
- A can do, positive attitude and willingness to learn
