Your new company
Head of Finance Shared Service required for Multinational, Multi-billion turnover FMCG organisations. Due to a number of internal movements they are now seeking someone to lead the accounting function.


Your new role
The Finance Head of Shared Service is responsible for operating financial systems and processes within the service centre according to defined standards.
You will manage the finance team leaders, encompassing the R2R, AP, AR, MD functions.
You will lead the provision of timely, accurate and compliant services while seeking out opportunities for process alignment and improvement. The Finance Head's role is to drive service excellence within the finance function, manage strategic relationships with senior stakeholders within the business promoting best practice for the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be suitably Qualified with extensive experience of leading a finance function within a shared service environment. Leading large multi disciplined finance functions is essential. Prior experience of driving organisational change within an international organisation.
