Commercial Finance Manager

An exciting new commercially focussed role to look after a sizeable business unit for this globally recognised business who are on of the market leaders globally in their sector. Reporting into the Head of UK Commercial Finance you will take full responsibility (with the support of a team under you) to act a trusted advisor, business partner, advise challenge and drive best practice, performance improvement, profitability and growth for this key business unit. The role will cover the full spectrum of Strategic & Financial Planning, Profitability reporting and Profit Improvement, driving change and identifying commercial and cross-sell opportunities, Pricing and taking the lead in the bids and tenders from a finance viewpoint, Business Planning/forecasting & Budgeting. The role will involve constant liaison with the leadership team and board and as such requires someone with strong commercial acumen, business partnering experience and be comfortable in dealing with people across the business including tough senior stakeholders. In return you have a role that offer a great breadth and depth across commercial finance, FP&A and business partnering.
