Spanish speaking Sales Ledger Clerk required for a major international technology group based in West Sussex. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish, have demonstrable proficiency of working within a fast paced target driven accounts receivable role, coupled with advanced VAT, multi-currency and credit control experience.

Sales Ledger Clerk duties include:

  • Generation of invoices in accordance with the billings system
  • Ensuring all invoices & credit notes are posted into the appropriate period on a timely basis at month end
  • Cash book reconciliations
  • Resolving discrepancies
  • Analysing, recording and presenting accurate financial information
  • Credit control
