Confident Purchase Ledger required for an international technology company in West Sussex. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ purchase ledger experience within an active accounts environment, ideally shared services or similar, with strong IT skills in particular Oracle software. The role also offers the candidate a pleasant dynamic working environment within attractive and commutable offices.

Purchase Ledger duties include:

  • Coding, batching and inputting of high volume of invoices
  • Account reconciliations
  • Multi-Currency transactions
  • Investigating discrepancies
  • Adhoc duties

This is a responsible position which requires a bright, motivated candidate who has a strong work ethic and excellent organisational skills combined with the ability to demonstrate initiative and see tasks through to completion. Multi lingual candidates will be looked at favourably.
