A consumer product/catering company requires an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team based in West London. You'll be joining a fast paced environment in their new company headquarters.
Roles Responsibilities -
- Reconciling aged debtors
- Recording VAT invoices
- Accounts Payable processing
- Cash allocation
- Invoicing and ledger maintenance
- Maintain accurate AR ledger records and reconciliations of accounts
- Customer credit checks
- Credit Control - Recovering outstanding debt
- Regular debt reviews and reporting
- Cash forecasting
- Other ad hoc duties
Candidate Requirements -
- Experience in the above role responsibilities
- AAT (or equivalent) studiers are encouraged to apply
- Multi Currency experience would be beneficial
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work on your own
- Good level of Word and Excel skills
