We are looking for a qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Financial Controller to join this well established manufacturing company based in Stevenage.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will manage a small finance department and become an important member of the senior management team helping the company achieve their growth plans.
Duties will involve:
* Producing monthly management accounts and commentary
* Costing reports and profitability analysis
* Monitor cash flow, oversee payment terms and credit control
* Manage foreign exchange requirements
* Liaison with tax professionals, insurers, banks and auditors
* Meet deadlines for Group and HMRC submissions
In addition to the day to day accounting duties, you will also act as a finance business partner to ensure commercial activities remain profitable and costs are controlled.
This is an exciting time to join the business as they have recently secured investment from the Group and will be looking to embark on a series of projects to modernise their facilities.
You will need to be a qualified accountant and have relevant experience as a Financial Controller in a manufacturing business, ideally gained in an International Group.
