Our client is looking for a part-time Management Accountant to join their ambitious & dynamic finance team based in Crawley.

Description

  • Month end reporting.
    • Budgeting and forecasting
    • Balance sheet reconciliations
    • Accruals and prepayments
    • Year-end completion work
    • Running the commentary
    • Identifying opportunities for improvements in processes and systems and playing a key role in any related projects.
    • Identifying and communicating risks and opportunities proactively

    Profile

    • Good Finance background.
    • Studying AAT/ACCA/CIMA
    • Computer literate and good Excel skills. Good knowledge of systems and procedures would be an advantage.
    • Ability to work accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines.
    • Good communications skills are essential.
    • Ability to work as part of a team, ideally with experience of working across international teams.
    • Previous knowledge of publishing would be an advantage but is not essential.
    • Must be able to work on own initiative, pro-active and capable of working independently
    • A completer with an eye for detail.

    Job Offer

    20 - 25 hours per week (flexible)

    £32k - £40k FTE
