This expanding sales and marketing business is looking for a proactive, energetic individual who loves responsibility and being proactive to support the continued growth of the business.
We are looking for a driven right-hand person to the Managing Director; a Finance & Commercial Manager that can roll up their sleeves to support the day to day business but also someone who can see the wood from the trees and put in place great processes, systems and controls, driving automation and efficiencies to support further scale-up of the business.
Day to day you could be resolving customer and supplier queries, supporting systems projects such as electronic invoicing implementation and online ordering projects, and ensuring administration processes run though the business efficiently. You will oversee the sales ledger and purchase ledger functions.
You must be able to prioritise, have a true passion for customer service and effectively managing Customer relationships and enjoy interacting with suppliers, the sales team as well as the transactional team. You will be a great manager, but be at home leading from the front, and will possess excellent organisation skills, be highly numerate and great IT skills.
