Senior Accounts Supervisor - Chepstow - Up to £30,000

Our client is a well-established organisation based in Chepstow, who are looking for a Senior Accounts Supervisor to join their finance function of 6, reporting into the Head of Finance and overseeing a small team.

Your new role
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will oversee the transactions and its team of 3. This will include Credit Control, Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and any other ad-hoc duties whilst also assisting the Head of Finance with Management Accounts. In this supervisory position, a large part of your role will be improving team cohesion, process improvements and setting KPIs.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need prior experience in an Accounts Supervisory position and be able to hit the ground running with both Accounts preparation and assisting on the management of the staff below. You will hold excellent communication skills and strong Excel skills.
