Group Financial Controller

Our client is an international, private equity backed ecommerce business with a scalable technology platform for future business development. They are seeking a Group Financial Controller to work closely with the Group CFO as the business grows rapidly on both an organic and acquisitive basis.

The Group Financial Controller will be responsible for manging the day-to-day finance function, overseeing the production of management and statutory accounts, managing working capital, all aspects of P&L reporting and development of the finance team.

Key duties will include:

• Prepare monthly consolidated management accounts and Board pack / commentary
• Manage cash and treasury, including weekly / monthly multi-currency cash flow forecasting and FX hedges
• Financial forecasting and working capital analysis
• Preparation of operating budgets and reforecasts
• Develop processes and controls
• Lead finance transformation projects
• Prepare annual consolidated statutory accounts

Applicants will be fully qualified (preferably ACA), ideally with experience of ecommerce, travel or technology sectors. The new Group Financial Controller will be technically aware and have excellent commercial acumen and the ability to build relationships at all levels of seniority.
