A market leading business are looking to recruit a FP&A Manager to join their team, following a recent restructure within the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Provide financial support for forecasting, budgeting, and analysis of variances.
- Present insightful analysis in order to support commercial bids and pricing decisions.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders, including the CFO.
- Production of KPI reporting in order to build a link between operational and financial performance.
- Responsibility for producing the Group’s reporting back before presentation to the Board and Shareholders.
You will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), with experience in FP&A and a fast paced environment. You will also have a track record of delivering in a commercial role with the ability to challenge senior stakeholders and existing processes
