Interim CFO

We are working with a PE house that is seeking an interim CFO to join a multi-site business that they have recently acquired.

Your role will include developing the company’s growth plan that is predominantly organic, however there are some potential M&A targets that have been identified so experience in M&A activity is desirable. Prior experience working in multi-site businesses is also required to understand the key drivers of the business. Moreover, you will be working on managing the transition to the new ownership, the focus will be on bringing in a superior finance function with improved reporting, processes, controls all to meet the analytical requirements demanded from a PE house.

To be successful in this role you will be a seasoned CFO with a solid track record of interim assignments completed, multi-site experience, private equity experience and able to start immediately.
