Junior Accounts Clerk/Trainee Accountant

Opportunity to join a busy and friendly finance department in South Manchester.  This is an ‘entry level’ role that would suit a new graduate or someone early on in their finance career.

Duties include;

• Production of weekly sales performance reports
• Reconciliations.
• Resolving accounts queries and ledger work

The ability to work as part of a team is an important requirement together with excellent communication skills. My client is looking for someone who has great personality, is numerate, has strong reconciliation skills and can work to at least a basic level with Excel. A finance degree or AAT would be an advantage but a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are more important.
