JOB PURPOSE

To support the Services Reporting Manager in the production of the virtual services P&L and support the services platformhead whilst producing all necessary Services reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE FOR DECISION MAKING

Accountabilities

• To work with Services Reporting Manager to produce virtual Services P&L

• To support Services Platform Head

• To ensure all relevant accounting enteries are made for Services P&L

Responsibilities

• For reporting actual Sales and GP maintenance contract to business group heads including attachment ratio and contractprofitability reporting

• For reporting actual warranty to business group heads

• For development of Services (& Solutions) reporting including new tool and reconciling to actuals

• For month end processing of costs, accruals, provisions, revenue recognition and recoveries

• For SGA Service and Warranty management including monitoring forecasting and month end processing

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Good understanding of financial processes.

• Actively studying towards a recognised accountancy qualification : Part or Fully qualified ACMA

• Strong Excel skills required
