Finance Manager

Reed Finance are pleased to be supporting a progressive business in Chelmsford who require a new senior finance professional for a period of 12 months to cover maternity leave.

The role reports into the Finance Director and will take responsibility for the accounts function ensuring accurate and timely MI is provided to the senior management team.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

Management accounts preparation and presentation to Senior Management
Budget management
Review board pack and present to Senior Management
Review cash flow forecast
Monthly payroll obligations
Benchmarking & business partnering to develop accurate overhead budget
Weekly build/sales reporting
Queries from Region/Group
Ad hoc queries & analysis
Half year & full year audit

The role will require a fully qualified individual who will be able to commit to a 12 -15 month contract. Candidates who are on notice will be considered assuming their notice does not exceed 1 month. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with very strong potential.
