The Consultancy Group are looking for a interim IFRS specialist to join them for a 6 - 12 month basis paying rates of up to £700.
Key deliverables/capabilities needed for this role are -
- Have knowledge of IFRS 15 and 16 readiness assessments and be able to take full ownership.
- Good IFRS 2 experience
- Be able to take the technical lead on all M&A transactions and be the go to person for all M&A knowledge
- Multi - currency consolidation experience
- Have recent listed experience as well as IPO readiness certainly a bonus
- Taking full ownership of creating and developing the Group accounting manual
- Good working knowledge of distributable reserves
- Oracle fusion knowledge a must as well as experience of system implementation being a bonus.
