Commercial Finance Analyst (Part-Qualified/Finalist)

The commercial finance function is one of the most dynamic & impressive business partnering functions, ensuring the integrity of the decision making progress across the organisation.

* Driving the commercial profitability of the business by providing clarity and transparency around performance with insightful analysis.
* Highlighting key variances to budget, forecast and last year and produce clear and achievable profit improvement plans.
* Appraisals of investment activity plans for both the marketing and trade spend to ensure optimal investment of monies to support growth.
* Provide support to and challenge various teams that look for new business opportunities.
* Ensure the business decisions are made within the context of sound financial control.
* Producing budgets and forecasts in order to aid the team's realistic view of future performance.

The successful candidate will be ACCA/CIMA part-qualified with relevant experience gleaned from a fast-paced sector. You will be of graduate calibre with an excellent degree from a top university.

You will have been in a role that has enabled you to gain impressive financial analysis and modelling skills. We are genuinely looking for 'best in class' individuals who show ambitions to Qualify and go on to reach Director level and as such, applicants must be hugely passionate about business and have gravitas and charisma that is clear on first introduction.

The position will require creative flair, and an ability to challenge the status quo with an objective outlook. Applicants must be able to deal with the ever changing demands of a growing business as well as achieve results under pressure.
