Management Accountant, £30,000-£35,000 per annum, Fixed-Term Contract 3-6 Months, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire
Our client is currently seeking a Management Accountant to join their very closely knit team. The client seeks an individual with demonstrable experience completing Management Accounts. The candidate would be a strong communicator to liaise with all members of the finance department. The candidate would be employed on an initial interim basis of 3-6 months.
Duties:
*Liaise closely with the Head of Finance, Assistant Accountant and Finance Assistant
*Transactional accounting cover as required
*Reviewing transactions for accuracy
*Preparation of prepayments and accruals, input journals and month end schedules
*Presentation of management accounts to senior management
*Reconciliation of control and inter-company accounts
*Production of management reports to deadlines
*Assisting with year-end
*Maintaining key performance indicators
The ideal Candidate:
*Strong excel skills
*Ability to meet tight deadlines
*Works well in a closely knit team
*Experience using SAGE50
