Team: Team of 6 including Credit Controller

SF Group are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller that will become an integral part of a Manufacturing company turning over 6mill per year. This is a great opportunity to drive efficiencies form the financial system and to enhance the quality of management information going forwards.

As Financial Controller, you will work closely with the operating board and main board directors, playing a key role in the senior management team. There may be some trips to a manufacturing facility abroad and there will be significant involvement as the role will be reporting on the Group's finances. 

The Financial Controller will be responsible for:

• Contributing to weekly management meetings,
• Focussing on cash flow
• Sales forecast and margins
• Providing Directors with cost
• Profitability and sales analysis to aid decision making
• Producing other KPI's and reports
• Improving and implementing new systems and processes to help drive efficiencies
• Producing Management Accounts including profit & loss
• Balance sheet, cashflow commentary and variance analysis

This will best suit candidates who will thrive working in a dynamic, fast paced environment. It will prove advantageous if you possess experience of manufacturing and costing.
