The overall purpose of the role will be to Business partner the Senior Management Team.
Provide analysis for strategic plan forecasts and Budgets.
Support improved commercial performance of the regional sites through effective business partnering.
Develop pricing models for services, market opportunities bids and proposals.


Provide ad hoc analysis relevant to the business needs for use in pricing and costing decisions


Provide commercial support to the business leadership teams in support of complex agreements, market evaluation, determination and execution of strategy


Provide financial analysis for the annual planning process for the business


Provide rigor, control and support over the annual budget process for the business so that it is owned by the business and consistent with Group framework guidance and targets


Provide accurate monthly forecasts for the next month, full year and comparison to plan periods as required


Support delivery of pricing or costing models in support of business opportunities


Provide analysis of investments (including complex capital expenditure)


Identify system and process developments to ensure focus on continual improvement of activities within the finance team


Ensure that cost efficiency is paramount within the business by identifying areas of unnecessary expenditure


Improve the profitability of the business by evaluating options around pricing, operating models (opening hours, booking system costs, etc.), use of capacity and consumables


Act as a mentor to junior members of the finance team
