Global US Organisation urgently requires a Qualified Financial Accountant to join their business on a temporary assignment. The Financial Accountant primary objective is to provide statutory account for multiple companies. The Financial Accountant would require a strong ERP software background. Exposure to UK/US GAAP is essential for this role.
Duties of the Financial Accountant include:
- Statutory accounts preparation for multiple companies for FY17 (UK uses Caseware software for Stat reports)
- Liaising with auditors
- Month end processing for accruals, bad debt/credit note provision
- Balance sheet and profit & loss review
- Bank reconciliation and processing revenue/subcontractor costs
- Exposure to ERP implementation/system testing would be beneficial. We use Epicor Back Office for our financial system
Exposure to caseware software is advantageous however not essential. Strong communication skills are essential as liaising with Directors and external auditors.
