Financial Accountant

We are currently recruiting for a leading Northampton based organisation, that are growing, well known and a progressive place to work.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong Financial Accounting / Technical Accounting background.  You will be either studying or qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA and come from a background in industry (or 1st time move from UK Accountancy Practice). This role will also responsible for interacting with Senior Management, so being a strong communicator is important.

The Financial Accountant will be responsible for the management and control of the balance sheet. Working closely with stakeholders internally to streamline process and improve efficiency. Some key responsibilities are; Month End, Controls, income, support the production of the statutory accounts (and other reporting, including VAT and Corp Tax)

This position will be a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop with the organisation and more into other things over time.
