Our client are a SaaS business with an international footprint. The company is growing quickly and the Finance Director requires an interim Head of Finance to support the strategy of the business and manage the finance team for a 6 month period.
Duties will include
- Managing and motivating a small finance team
- Monthly management reporting
- Preparation of statutory accounts
- Improving processes, controls and systems
- US statutory reporting
- Budgeting forecasting and developing meaningful management information for the board
You will be a qualified accountant with a strong technical accounting start to your career, through audit preferably. You will be working closely with the CFO on corporate finance projects as the present themselves so experience of working within an acquisitive business would be an advantage.
