Investment Associate to AD Analyst - Real Estate - OUR CLIENT - is a private, well capitalised real estate investment and development company who focus on super prime assets in specific locations around the globe. As they continue to expand their London office and look at the launch of new products and initiatives, they have instructed us to source an Associate to AD level Investment Analyst to join their London team.

 

The ROLE will focus on , but not be limited to the following:

  • Analysing potential super prime projects and factoring in debt and equity and optimising structuring through to preparing investment papers and presentations for the investment committee for approval.
  • Identifying areas of risk within the projects.
  • Structuring deals through several layers of financing.
  • Building detailed models and appraisals from scratch
  • Liaising with investors and private banks for external capital raising on projects
  • Overseeing and monitoring deals once approved through to completion and monitoring and advising through the builds.
  • Reviewing legal documentation, conducting due diligence and executing transactions.
  • Assisting with legal matters when required
  • Carrying out other ad hoc duties when required

 

THE PERSON:- To apply you must be bright with a proven solid academic background and MUST have a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in investment analysis and be commercial with a strong sense of project ownership, accountability and drive. You will ideally have experience in Real Estate or Private Equity, with experience in residential and serviced apartments a plus. You will have strong Excel modelling and analytical skills and be able to build models from scratch. You will have a strong understanding of carrying out deal structuring and exposure across corporate finance, equity and debt. You will be confident in presenting projects to investors and have good communication skills both written and verbally. You will also be self-motivated and 'hands-on'.
