FP&A Manager

Orleans House are working with an international business, with a £1 billion turnover, to find a driven FP&A Manager to join their team. The successful candidate might have some experience in industry, but they will consider those who have come straight from practice if exceptional.

Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager FP&A, the FP&A Manager is replacing someone who has been promoted internally. This demonstrates their strong culture of internal progression which is reflected further in the number of years which people have been at the company; driving forwards and learning all of the time.

In addition to the salary, you'll be offered a discretionary bonus of over 10%, 27 days holiday, health insurance, a generous pension, and more.

This is a high profile role which sits within the FP&A and Strategy team and works closely with senior leaders such as the FD, CEO and wider Executive team.

Main areas of responsibility:

• Full responsibility for the monthly reporting, forecasting/budgeting, and cost centre support.
• Develop relationships with cost centre managers who are senior in the business.
• Analyse, review, challenge, present, and explain results confidently.
• Provide monthly status updates on Capex in the business.
• Offer support to the business on capital queries.
• Co-ordinate the UK quarterly forecast process.
• Compile the first draft of the monthly budget presentation.

The type of person we're seeking:

• Qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant with some industry experience, ideally in the construction services area.
• Recently qualified ACA
• Degree
• Responsive and reactive. Willing to work hard.
• Someone who's keen for progression and to learn within a business
