Finance & Commercial Director

An exciting and innovative PE backed technology business is seeking a Finance & Commercial Director that will be at the centre of a dynamic and growing business. You will be leading a small finance team in all aspects of the finance function as well driving growth in the business and via acquisition and integration.

Your role will be working closely with the CEO across all areas and you will be a key member of the board and senior management team. This role promises diverse and exciting challenges as you will play a pivotal role in the geographic development of a business within a growing sector.

Your expertise in taking the lead in negotiation of legal contracts as well as your experience in budgeting and forecasting, whilst identifying and driving opportunities for increased efficiency is vital. This role is for someone who has worked as a Finance Director and/or Financial Controller, within a SME, looking for a step up to be a number one position in a private equity business.

We are looking for qualified candidates (ACA & CIMA), with hands-on experience and strong analytical and quantitative skills, who are also commercially minded. You should have previous experience of working in similar role with proven success, ideally in technology or tech enabled business and your desire to be involved in all aspects of the business and be proactive and positive will be critical to your success.
