Chief Finance Officer required for top 15 London based Housing Association.
We have an immediate mandate to identify a seasoned and entrepreneurial CFO for this fast expanding group.
Based in London, but with a wider remit to expand across the UK, our client seeks a commercially minded CFO to drive the finance team, improve systems and processes and provide leadership while the company undergoes a substantial investment programme.
The role would suit an experience Housing Association professional, either a CFO or Group FC/similar who is ready to step into the number one role.
We would consider other property professionals.
If you do not have Housing Association or significant property experience you will not be considered.
The salary on offer is £250,000-£300,000 with the addition of an executive bonus pool
