Senior Supply Chain Finance Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high profile retail fashion brand with ambitious plans for the future. Your role as Senior Supply Chain Finance Manager will see you be the champion in leading, managing and developing the trading and supply chain team to meet changing business needs and drive continuous improvement.

This dynamic and extensive role will allow you to use your broad experience in supply chain management allowing you to make an impact on a wide range of functions including; quality and risk management, costing, margin and supply chain analysis, stocking account, and stock operations.

You will utilize your proven leadership skills to develop staff and ensure team priorities are aligned with the overall finance and business strategy, whilst being accountable for managing financial risks, corresponding with senior stakeholders and proactively resolving issues and subsequently driving process improvements. The role requires a very hands-on involvement in the warehouse and retail stock operations where you will be required to be accountable for output analysis, building inventory capabilities, as well as reviewing the current supply chain model, including stock cash flow and buying controls.

The ideal candidate will be influential with their facilitation and negotiation skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels as you will be working with a wide range of areas within the business, including the UK, and international finance teams.
