Your new company
Our client is a service-led business, within a growing market and is looking to expand further through continued growth and acquisitions. Having been acquired in a private equity deal, the business is looking for a robust, commercial and hands-on Financial Controller, playing a key role in the continued growth of the business and supporting the Finance Director on a daily basis.

Your new role
In this broad role you will report to the Finance Director and will ensure that the company has the means and resources to deliver the Board's business plan; you will produce the monthly board pack to include detailed management accounts, KPIs and commercial intelligence to aid the board in its decision-making. Furthermore you will control the company's financial resources, constantly looking for areas of improvement to both the working capital cycle and the bottom line, finally you will also take on day to day management of the accounts department.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience of developing and integrating systems and processes to provide accurate billing, margin and cost information. You will have the ability to influence non-financial managers in cost control and cash management.
